Background:
Frank A. Santilli is the founder and managing partner of the Santilli Law Group. Mr. Santilli was born in Buenos Aires and grew up in Rome, Italy before making the northwest side of Chicago his home. Mr. Santilli attended the John Marshall Law School and graduated with distinction.
For nearly two decades, Mr. Santilli has represented the injured in medical malpractice claims as well as auto and construction negligence cases. He established and founded the firm’s Workers Compensation and Labor Law Divisions under the umbrella of a litigation focused practice.
For his years of practice, Mr. Santilli has personally secured settlement in excess of $ 15 million. Mr. Santilli’s firm has secured jury verdicts and settlements in excess of $ 30 million. He presently serves as the regional President of the Hispanic Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of:
Mr. Santilli’s present clients include members of Locals 150, 241 and 308, which includes CTA and City of Chicago employees. He is a frequent lecturer on a national and local level as to matters of tort litigation and Workers Compensation law and practice.
Mr. Santilli was born to immigrant parents and speaks fluent Spanish and Italian.
