Background:
Naderh was born and raised in Chicago by a close knit Jordanian family. Her mother was a teacher in Jordan and her father was a small business owner. She is proud of her Arab American roots and believes that the Arab community should have a voice and presence in the litigation system. She attended Queen of Peace High School in Burbank, Illinois and participated in the Richard J. Daley College Honors Program before transferring to Loyola University Chicago on a full scholarship. There, she went on to graduate from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Political Science, and earned her Master's Degree in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago.
While a law student at John Marshall Law School, Naderh practiced law as a 711-Prosecutor for the Municipal Prosecutions Traffic Section for the City of Chicago Law Department. There, she prosecuted traffic and municipal ordinance violations for the City of Chicago for nearly four years and trying over 3000 bench trials and wrote the handbook on prosecuting railroad carrier violations. Since 2004, after graduating with distinction from John Marshall Law School, Naderh joined two large insurance defense practices and gained 8 years of valuable jury trial experience and built an excellent rapport with the local legal community. She is currently a board member for the Arab American Bar Association and licensed to practice law in the Northern District of Illinois, the 7th Circuit of Illinois and a Member of the Trial Bar. Naderh generously gives of her time in pro bono services in the areas of traffic, immigration, social security, small business, and foreclosure defense and she has volunteered for Wills for Heroes and Arab American Family Services.
Her recent transition into practicing Plaintiff's injury has been a huge success. She has successfully tried several jury trials and won considerable verdicts for our clients. She also has been successful in settling cases before filing suit. When she is not in the courtroom she is also a Cook County Arbitrator and issues awards in litigation disputes. Naderh represents our clients with heart and conviction and is fearless in the courtroom.
